Winter isn't coming - it's here already. Despite having enough lip balms to banish all things crusty (in the lip department) every now and then a new balm weasels its way into my non-complicit arms. What can I say? The balms dem love me! *sings in Beenie*. However, just because it's managed to reach my abode, it doesn't mean it has passed the threshold into my heart. Neutrogena (an American brand) has created a"Norwegian formula" lip balm - if you didn't know Norway can be a pretty cold climate *brrr* so I'd imagine if there's a lip balm that knows how to deal with chilly weather - it would be this one - right? One of the interesting things about this lip balm - which I didn't realise prior to it falling into my arms (i.e. purchasing it) - was that it has SPF 20. Perfect for snowy weather and sunny skies to protect lips from frost and sunbeams. Yes me dears this is a win-win situation, and whilst it is early days - I'm already imagining our futures.
I guess we all know when we meet the next one. You know when the thunderbolt hits our stomachs and makes us inwardly scream - "oh no, my philandering days are done!". Well, let me not get too drastic but, I do know a good lip balm when I get it, and this has given my most beloved Nivea (German Brand) Hydro Care a run for its money.

- Okay, price RRP £2.99 (but I bought it on offer £1/£1.99)
- Has a pleasant fragrance - the scent reminds me of Vaselines Creme Brulee
Cons
- Normally it's a bit pricer than Nivea Hydro
- The fragrance over time might be a bit too sickly for me
End Thoughts: I like it, and it's already helped soothe my lips recover from drying masks and winter chills. I just might get a backup or two ...
