- Recommendation: you can prepare everything in the morning before going to work. When you are ready for diner, just pre-heat the oven and baked the dinner!
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillet or 2 lb salmon
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 2 cups broccoli
- 4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Steps:
1- Preheat oven to 425° F.
2- On one side of the sheet pan put the broccoli tossed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoons of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
3- In the middle of the pan add the salmon. Rub the salmon with 1 tablespoon of oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon curry powder.
4- On the other side of the pan put the tomatoes, tossed them with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
5- Bake for 17 minutes or more if you like well done.
